Our Box Office is open 10am to 8pm every day. Occasional Sundays if there is no evening event and we close early afternoon. Please note that the half an hour leading up to a film or event is very busy.

You are welcome to book by phone or minicom (01584 878141), post or in person.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. There is a 75p charge for credit card use and a 25p charge for the use of debit cards.

Please makes cheques payable to Ludlow Assembly Rooms and enclose a covering letter marked for the attention of The Box Office.

Concessions are available to under 16's, students, senior citizens, unemployed and disabled people. We also operate a 'Carer's go free' policy. Concessions for many of our children's activities are available for people who receive family tax credit. Proof of status required.
We regret that refunds are not given and tickets cannot be exchanged.
