LPF2023 Candlelight Concert

Join us for an intimate nocturnal concert by candlelight featuring pianist Rachel Starritt performing new works by three young composers and some extraordinary improvisations. Rachel is from Bridgend in South Wales. She was born blind and has autism. Rachel has received formal piano training since 2006 with Alison Bowring at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama (RWCMD). She continues to demonstrate extraordinary musicianship and piano improvisation skills. She will present three world premieres and a series of improvisations based on material from these new pieces.
