Simon Nighingale is a semi-retired consultant clinical neurologist with a particular interest in philosophical aspects of neuroscience - such as consciousness, free will, the neural substrate of empathy and morality. In this talk he will explore what we mean by intuition.
He has worked as a humanist for many years, leading humanist funerals and weddings, and is currently chair of Shropshire Humanist group.
