Directorial debut from Andy Serkis and selected to open this year’s BFI London Film Festival. Based on the true story of disability rights activist Robin Cavendish (Andrew Garfield) who was given months to live when he contracted polio at the age of 28. He went on to survive supported by his wife Diana (Clare Foy) and scientist Teddy Hall (Hugh Bonneville) helped him develop a revolutionary wheelchair. Diana Rigg, Stephen Mangan and Tom Hollander also star.
