The Other Side of Hope (12A)

Dir: Aki Kaurismäki | Finland/Germany | 2017 | 100 mins

A timely story from Finland’s master of deadpan comedy about the unlikely friendship between two men who have fled their homes. A Syrian asylum-seeker makes a break from the frustrations of a detention centre whilst a former travelling salesman leaves his alcoholic wife, has a big poker win and becomes a batchelor restaurateur. When they meet, they help each other navigate the adversities and complexities they face.

We have dedicated wheelchair spaces in the stalls.  If you require a wheelchair space, please call box office on 01584 878 141
