Holly Golightly, a New York City socialite, takes an interest in a writer called Paul who moves into the same Manhattan apartment building as her. Paul is a kept man by his ‘decorator’ (a wealthy older woman) and becomes intrigued by Holly. The two become friends and try to find their way in the world.

An iconic romantic comedy based on the novella by Truman Capote and starring Audrey Hepburn. The score is by Henry Mancini and includes the Oscar winning Moon River. 

This film is part of A Life More Ordinary - our selection of dementia-friendly film screenings. Open to everyone, these take place in a relaxed environment with lower sound, low-lighting and people free to come and go as they please. There will be an interval with tea and cake.
