Vince Everett is serving a one-year jail sentence for manslaughter. His cellmate, a former country singer, introduces him to the record business. He later becomes a superstar - but will his desire for fame and money cause him to forget the people who him there? Starring Elvis Presley with the title song that became his first hit.


This film is part of A Life More Ordinary - our selection of dementia-friendly film screenings. Open to everyone, these take place in a relaxed environment with lower sound, low-lighting and people free to come and go as they please. There will be an interval with tea and cake.
