What is Hatha Yoga?
A series of simple gentle postures, which uses the breath with movement, in order to develop strength, balance and flexibility and quieten the mind.

Benefits:
Hatha Yoga helps to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve energy levels and promote better sleep.

Time, Date and Cost:
Wednesday evenings 7-8pm (Studio)
£6 per session (no need to book)
