Sumptuous Music for a Summer Evening

Ludlow Choral Society presents:

A concert of Music for a Summer evening includes two oriental influenced works – Bob Chilcott’s Mo Li Hua a fun arrangement of traditional Chinese folksongs and local composer Steve Dunachie’s setting of Coleridge’s Kubla Khan composed for LCS in 2017. 
The programme will also include shorter works by Boulanger, Delius, Holst, Gershwin and others. 
The concert will be accompanied by Cathy Lamb, from Lichfield Cathedral and conducted by our Director, Nicola Starkie with a string quartet led by Anne Tupling
