New exhibition hanging day is always an exciting one at Ludlow Assembly Rooms and there is some gorgeous work going up on our walls today 😍@celiadeserrastudio is an artist based in the Welsh Borders who spends a lot of time walking and cycling armed with her sketchbook & camera ✏️📷She produces incredible paintings and drawings of places she feels have something about them - whether that's a feeling of sense of place, an emotional hook or the way the light illuminates them.Celia says "I love the directness of drawing, the marks, the tonal variations and the capacity to build up layers and depth without the confusion that colour can sometimes bring" The exhibition officially opens from 12 July - 31 August 🖼️We can tell you now, these are works of art you're going to want to see in real life 😍👌.#artexhibitionshropshire#ludlowassemblyrooms
