A Pentabus Youth Theatre Production.

Tuesday by Alison Carr.

It's an ordinary Tuesday at school, when unexpectedly the sky rips open and some pupils and staff are sucked upwards into the ether. A few people are replaced but they seem different, somehow. Although perhaps that's just what happens when parallel worlds collide…

Tuesday is funny and playful, with a little bit of sci-fi and a lot of big themes: friendship, sibling love, family, identity, grief, bullying, loneliness and responsibility – and what happens when an event literally turns the world upside down.

A bold production showcasing Shropshire's rising and brightest young actors. Tuesday was written specifically for young people, the play formed part of the 2020 and 2021 National Theatre Connections Festival. This is an amateur production by arrangement with Nick Hern Books.
