The People’s Emergency Briefing
Please note this event takes place in Oscars.
In November last year a National Emergency Briefing (NEB) was held in Westminster in which the UKs top scientists and doctors gave a briefing on the implications of climate and nature breakdown for health, food systems, national security and the economy to 1,200 MPs and other decision-makers, calling for a response.
A new film called the People’s Emergency Briefing has been released to ensure the nation is fully briefed on the scale of the climate and nature crisis, explaining the situation the nation is in and equip people with how to take action. The briefing is action-focused and highlights the choices ahead and the role individuals, communities, and institutions can play in shaping what comes next.
This FREE event is for ages 16+. Please book so we know numbers in advance: emergencybriefingludlow@yahoo.com
