Ticket Prices
As of 1 April 2025 our ticket prices have increased. This only applies to events that have been added to the programme after 1 April.
Tickets for films are £12 for adults and £7 for under 18s.
Matinées and Monday evening films are £7**
Live events are priced individually – check each event for pricing.
Streamed events such as NT: Live and RBO are £18 and Wednesday Concerts are £22, both have a £7 under 18 ticket where appropriate.
All ticket prices are inclusive of a £4 booking fee.
** The matinée screenings are subsidised due to kind support from The Ludlow Hospital League of Friends to ensure access to cultural events for those in our community experiencing loneliness, disability or living with/caring for someone with dementia.
Payments
You can pay in cash or with most major credit and debit cards.
Refunds
We regret that refunds are not given and tickets cannot be exchanged.
Latecomers
In order to avoid disturbing the enjoyment of customers once a show or film has started, latecomers may not be admitted or may be asked to take seats at the back of the Auditorium.
