Great Expectations

In fond remembrance of our dear friend Steve Piper, Two Score theatre Co. presents a reading of the RSC’s version of Great Expectations by Charles Dickens, in aid of MNDA.

Steve lit up St Laurence’s church with his scrooge in our 2023 show A Christmas Carol.

We present Great Expectations in his memory.

David Lean’s 1946 movie conjured Pip, Estella, Magwitch and Miss Havisham from the page.

RSC’s adaptation, by Nick Ormerod and Declan Donnelly, does so for theatre audiences.

Directed by Kim Begley, Two Score’s “radio play” presentation features music composed and performed by Steve Dunachie, David Gaukroger and Faith Brackenbury.
