LPF24 Pop-Up – Now That's What I Call Piano

Piano player/coach to Hollywood stars, Joe Thompson has always taken life one bar at a time and has the stories to prove it. 

Diana Krall and Elvis Costello invited Joe to play for their wedding at Elton John’s house. Buckingham Palace asked Joe to play for the late Queen’s 90th birthday party. 

 In a first for Ludlow Piano Festival, Joe, an old University chum of Alistair’s, will play music by : The Beatles, Queen, Billy Joel, Alanis Morissette, The Boomtown Rats, Bruno Mars, Oasis, Sting and many, more while telling us some of those showbiz stories in between.
