Flabbergast Theatre return to Ludlow for the fourth year with their award-winning approach to the classics, they bring a fresh and innovative outlook, embracing physicality, celebrating the verse and bringing musicality and simplicity to the storytelling.
Romeo & Juliet is a tragedy full of laughter and tears, beautiful poetry, bawdy jokes and some impressive swashbuckling to boot, expect live music, clowning, mask work and a thoroughly enjoyable evening for all.

PICNICS/ALCOHOL/CHAIRS: The site will be licensed, and whilst audiences are welcome to bring a picnic and arrive early (6pm for a 7.30pm show) please note that alcoholic drinks purchased from offsite will not be permitted, there will be a bar. Audience members are welcome to bring their own chairs but there will be rain cover and seating available.
ACCESS: Ludlow Castle in an outdoor greenfield site, attendees will need to travel across grassy terrain to access the event. Should we experience rain in the run up to the events or on the day of the performance the terrain could become muddy and harder to navigate, please come prepared for such conditions.
