Jazz Café at Bill’s Kitchen with The Quartet

Join us in Bill’s Kitchen for a fabulous Pop-Up Jazz Event!

Chris Bolton, Double Bass. Married to drummer Tony Levin. Both ran Jazz Club Friday in Birmingham, playing with the majority of leading UK and some US soloists.

She currently runs the Bolthole near Shrewsbury in summer with leading jazz players.

Stuart Goodhew. Keyboards.Studied music at Shrewsbury . Has accompanied many leading soloists and has hosted concerts under his name.

Dick Pearce. Trumpet and Flugel.Legendary player. Was in the Ronnie Scott quintet for 14 years. Oscar Peterson, when headlining at Scott club was moved to phone a friend in Canada singing Dick’s praises.
Played with the majority of leading soloists.

Mike Blakesley. Trombone. Toured UK alongside Louis Armstrong All Stars.
Was in Jazz band on QE2 for 16 years.Has played with Alan Barnes and Bruce Adams
Also with Peanuts Hucko, Bud Freeman and others.

Our great value ticket means you can get a delicious meal and some great music for just £25. If you simply wish to enjoy the music (and maybe a glass of wine) without eating, tickets are £10.

**Food is served from 5.30-6.45pm. The earlier you come the wider the menu choice. These events are very popular and Bill’s Kitchen may ask you to share a table with others. If you’d prefer not to be on a shared table please let Bill’s Kitchen know by emailing them directly’
