Join us in Bill’s Kitchen for a fabulous Pop-Up Jazz Event!
The music this evening will have a broad mixture of Jazz takes on some classics from the 60s to the well know tunes penned by composers like Cole Porter to a few originals which feature on his album Inside Out which is released via 33 Records.
Today he plays with Double Bassist Aidan Thorne who is regarded as one of the finest players on the Jazz scene both as side man and accompanist.
Guitarist James approaches his music in a distinctive and thoughtful way, blending ever evolving melodic lines with inventive and measured harmonic treatment. He is an excellent guitarist who eschews flashy technical runs for textural and melodic solos. He makes standard tunes sound very fresh by leaving lots of space and creating unexpected turns.
Recent shows have included him playing with American Guitar Legend John Stowell, Guitarist in The Jazz twisted project J4 playing the music of the Beatles.

Our great value ticket means you can get a delicious meal and some great music for just £25. If you simply wish to enjoy the music (and maybe a glass of wine) without eating, tickets are £10.
