Laurel Canyon UK bring grooviness back to life by capturing the sound of Laurel Canyon, California in the 1960’s.
Four part harmony and flowers in your hair all the way, covering acts from Laurel Canyon like the Mamas and Papas, Beach Boys, The Byrds, The Monkees etc. The band focus on the intricate harmonies of the songs while parading the fashions of the day.
They also cover songs from bands that have connections to but aren’t originally from ‘the Canyon’ such as Fleetwood Mac, The Beatles, The Small Faces, The Hollies etc.
During the show, Laurel Canyon UK recall the stories that link these bands to ‘the Canyon’ which make the era, culture and music so delicious to soak up.
